Description: |
This
is a key sales leadership position reporting
to the Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region.
The focus of this role is the management of
a team of high caliber sales professionals to
meet and exceed the revenue goals of the Mid
Atlantic Region (IN, OH, PA, MD, DE, DC, VA,
and W. VA), both in oncology and reproductive
products. |

Requirements: |
Requirements
include a BS degree or equivalent, preferably
in a scientific discipline as well as 6+ years
of sales experience in the health care industry
and a minimum of 3 years of sales management
experience. This position requires demonstrated
success in the management of a professional
team to exceed sales targets in a highly competitive
and consultative selling environment. Must have
strategic and tactical leadership skills, as
well as the ability to manage a diverse sales
group. Background should also include experience
with Managed Care, financial analysis and budget
management. |
