Description: |
An
exciting biopharmaceutical company that acquires,
researches, develops and commercializes proprietary
products that address the unmet needs of patients.
The oncology sales representative is directly
responsible for the promotion, sales, and marketing
of products within their respective geographic
territory. They are required to maintain current
call contacts with the physicians, nurses, pharmacists,
office managers and other health care professionals
within their territory to facilitate and support
company growth. Critical Performance Areas:
sales results, territory control, selling process,
resource control, administration/compliance,
product and disease state clinical knowledge. |
| Job
Requirements: |
Undergraduate
degree; 4 years previous successful pharmaceutical
sales experience, or comparable sales &
industry experience. Oncology or specialty pharmaceutical
sales experience. Strong interpersonal skills.
Proven competence in understanding, retaining,
and communicating scientific and clinical knowledge
and data. Strong organizational skills. Strong
communication skills. Ability to lead and facilitate
small and large group presentations. Self-Starter;
ability to work independently. Interest in self
development. Ability to enhance and grow skill
sets and competency levels. |
