Description: |
This
position will be responsible for leading a district
to achieve all assigned goals and maintaining
compliance with all accepted standards. Responsibilities
will lead district sales force activities including
hiring, training, development, evaluation, motivation,
compensation and disciplinary activities in
alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.
Responsible for delivering assigned sales goals
and quotas. Direct and monitor the preparation
and maintenance of physician and other customer
sales and profile information to ensure an appropriate
level of resources are deployed within the district.

Requirements: |
BS
in Business or Science; minimum of 5 years sales
experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology
industry with a minimum of 3 year prior sales
management and/or home office experience. Strong
leadership skills to set a vision for district.
Ability to build and lead an area selling organization
capable of achieving the national sales forecast.
Possess strong presentation, organization, administrative
and communication skills. Familiarity with trade
relations, reimbursement environment, government
programs, managed care, formulary and contract
negotiation. Oncology experience strongly preferred. |
