Description: |
This
position will be responsible for developing
and executing training programs as assigned
by the Director of Training. Candidate will
also determine training needs based on new products/co-marketed
products, monitoring the home study of new hires
prior to Phase 1 Training. Provide training
on competitive/market updates to the RSD's,
DSM's and Field Sales. Also includes, managing
vendors when creating and training materials
and programs, developing and implementing training
initiatives specifically for Commercial Operations,
Sales and Marketing as assigned by Director
of Training. Candidate will act as a resource
for the field force by actively participating
in all sales meetings and routine field rides.
The Sales Training Manager will also be in charge
of designing and executing POA Meeting/National
Sales Meeting training workshops in coordination
with the training team or assigned by the Director
of Training. Candidate will also assist DSM's
with specific training needs for specific representatives
when requested by DSM. |

Requirements: |
4
Year college degree, plus 5 years of pharmaceutical
experience. Home office Training experience.
Solid clinical background. Excellent presentation
experience and communication skills. Oncology
Experience. |
