Requirements: |
Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelors Degree or higher
• MUST HAVE Oncology experience
• Documented history of consistent sales success (i.e. President's Club, Sales Rep of the Year, Winner's Circle, etc.)
• Documented record of consistent sales growth within territory
• Documented financial success in a pay for performance environment
• Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate and communicate complex, scientific information
• Understanding of the hospital business environment (formularies, contracting, pharmacies, community vs. institutional hospitals, protocols, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in developing and utilizing Key Opinion Leaders
• Highly motivated, aggressive, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a small but rapidly growing company environment & culture
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, outstanding territory organizational skills
• Consistent career growth demonstrated by increasing levels of responsibility |
